Our meat is certified by the USDA as 100% Grass-fed Beef. Our ground beef is 90% lean which means when cooked it still has almost all of it's original weight. It is very lean, but still has enough fat to hold tgether very well for burgers & meat loaf. It also very good in tacos, spaghetti, cheese dip & casseroles.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed. Beef brisket is one of the best cuts of meat to put on the smoker!! Our beef is leaner than grain-fed because it is grass-fed therefore the best way to cook our meat is at a lower temp & slower. The best way that we have found to cook our brisket is to 1st cook it in the smoker like usual & then put it in the oven for a couple of ours to keep it from being tough since it does not have as much fat as grain-fed.

All of our meat is certified USDA 100% grass-fed beef.Liver is very high in iron & is very good for people w/ anemia!! I have a customer w/ anemia caused by cancer & since she started eating our liver she does not have to go have iron infusions anymore!! Don't worry I got her permission to share that story. This is a cut w/ a very strong flavor. My dad loves it!!
