Our meat is certified by the USDA as 100% Grass-fed Beef. Our ground beef is 90% lean which means when cooked it still has almost all of it's original weight. It is very lean, but still has enough fat to hold tgether very well for burgers & meat loaf. It also very good in tacos, spaghetti, cheese dip & casseroles.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed. Beef brisket is one of the best cuts of meat to put on the smoker!! Our beef is leaner than grain-fed because it is grass-fed therefore the best way to cook our meat is at a lower temp & slower. The best way that we have found to cook our brisket is to 1st cook it in the smoker like usual & then put it in the oven for a couple of ours to keep it from being tough since it does not have as much fat as grain-fed.

Ingredients include: pure cane sugar, blackberries, and pectin. All of my jams & jellies are produced by using USDA recommended canning methods. I grind this cornmeal the day before it's delivered to you. The corn is from Great River Milling Company and is 100% Organic / non GMO. Once you try it, you won't go back to "store bought" cornmeal! This makes the best cornbread EVER. One pound of corn makes about 3 cups of cornmeal. It "fluffs" up during the grinding process. This lotion is one of the best I've ever used (probably because the milk comes from my spoiled goats)! All ingredients are safe and beneficial: GOAT MILK - high in protein, triglycerides, Vitamin A, B6, B12 and E; an excellent natural moisturizer that helps hydrate and nourish skin. DISTILLED WATER - pollutant free! SHEA BUTTER - the concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in Shea butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin. The recipe for this unique jelly was given to me by a customer at the Paris Saturday-morning Farmer’s Market. While it might sound odd, it tastes delicious! You’ll find this jelly to be more of the consistency of jam, with a lovely raspberry flavor. You would never know that you were eating a tomato jelly! Ingredients include: green tomatoes, sugar, Raspberry-flavored gelatin, and pectin. All of my jams & jellies are produced by using USDA recommended canning methods. In addition, all of the fruits and vegetables that I use are obtained from our own farm, or from other farms in Logan and Johnson Counties.

Perfect for frying, or for other unique recipes!

Here's a waffle that is actually good for you!! Made from freshly ground organic flour: SPELT - cereal grain cultivated for centuries in the Middle East; fewer calories but higher protein content that modern varieties of wheat SOFT WHEAT - organic, non GMO, entire grain is used so you get all the fiber and nutrients. KAMUT - ancient wheat variety from Egypt; high in protein, fiber, B vitamins and manganese. Included with the mix are 2 home grown eggs: they contain 1/3 less cholesterol, 1/4 less saturated fat, 2/3 more vitamin A, 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids, 3 times more vitamin E, 7 times more beta carotene, and 4 to 6 times as much vitamin D as industrial raised eggs The mix will make 10 single waffles. These waffles freeze well and taste great reheated in a toaster.
